Subscriptions are on an annual basis, with all material identified to the given year included. Discounted individual subscriptions for unsupported professionals and students are available on approval by the editorial office.

Direct, institution-wide access to the entire body of the subscribed works is provided without restriction via IP registration or password. Online access to past issues is not available to expired subscribers, but current subscribers are entitled to download and archive the issues for which they have paid.

Authors retain intellectual rights to the information and illustrations in their own contributions, and in addition may copy or download their published work for informal redistribution in lieu of reprints. Reproduction of copyrighted material for scholarly purposes may be granted without charge upon request to the editorial office. All other reproduction of copyrighted material is permitted after payment of the base fee of $10 per copy directly to Copyright Clearance Center , citing the relevant ISSN or ISBN.
